Fitness returns after having a baby.
It doesn't always feel that way, though, does it? Sometimes it feels like you've been swallowed up by the "Mom" role, and everything is just so demanding of your time, energy & focus.
I'm a big believer in the old adage that you must "fill your cup first." But as a new mom, your caring energy is stretched in so many different directions that your cup always seems to get filled last.
I've designed the studio based on how I reclaimed my fitness and inner strength after the birth of my son. When I needed to heal my pelvic floor pain and close my diastasis after giving birth, strength training helped me heal. When I wanted to shed some weight and tone some muscle, my Muay Thai workouts were there for me. When I needed to reconnect with my purpose, Yoga guided me through. It's with this in mind that I've carefully crafted The Total Knockout Studio -- to guide you on a journey of empowerment & a rekindling of what it means for you to be you!
